Long Island, NY, May 4, 2007. It was a spectacular evening for
the American Heart Association's 44th Annual Gala & Auction.
On Friday, May 4th more than 470 people from the medical and
corporate community arrived at the Garden City Hotel to
participate in the evening which raised more the $555,000. The
Heart Gala and Auction is an annual event held to recognize
outstanding accomplishments of individuals and companies in
the area of cardiovascular science leadership.
The focus of the 44th Annual Gala & Auction is Children's
Heart Health. Learn and Live is a rally cry for our children.
