Monday, November 24, the Child Mind Institute will present Secretary
of State Hillary Rodham Clinton with
the Child Advocacy Award at its Fifth Anniversary Child
Advocacy Dinner at Cipriani 42nd Street.
The organization will also present Dr. Thomas R. Insel,
the National Institute of Mental Health, with the 2015 Child
Mind Institute Distinguished
Scientist Award. The dinner will be hosted by Ali
Wentworth and George
will begin at 6 pm, followed by dinner at 7pm.
The Child Mind Institute, founded by Dr. Harold S. Koplewicz
and Brooke Garber Neidich, is dedicated to transforming
mental health care for children everywhere through finding
more effective treatments for childhood psychiatric and
learning disorders, building the science of healthy brain
development, and empowering children and their families with
help, hope, and answers.
