Fashion, theater and music
will hit the runway in the
third annual “Fashion From
the Heart” event. The
one-night extravaganza
spotlights the dangers of
heart disease, stroke and
diabetes among the
African-American and
Hispanic communities. The
event features a fashion
show by children, women and
menswear designers as well
as comedic theatrical skits
to educate and entertain the
audience about heart disease
and prevention.
The annual fashion and
theater extravaganza will
take place on Saturday,
March 7, from 8 – 10 p.m. at
the Palace Theater, 61
Atlantic Street in Stamford.
Tickets are $20 for the main
show, and $75 for the VIP
Reception from 6 – 7:30 p.m.
and VIP Dessert Reception
following the event.
