Cartier hosted a party at the Cartier Mansion to celebrate
Love Day party on June 7th.The party was followed by an
intimate dinner on the mansion's rooftop that was transformed
for the spectacular fete. Celebrities including Faith Hill and
Tim McGraw, Djimon Hounsou, Eva Mendes, Julianne Moore,
Rihanna, Usher, Rachel Weisz, Debra Messing and Elie Wiesel
were on hand to celebrate what Mayor Bloomberg deemed the
second annual Love Day. Colorful Charity Love bracelets were
slipped on to the wrists of Hollywood's most notable names...
all in the name of charity! |

In addition, all celebrities who participated in last year's
LEVEDAY bracelet initiative will continue their involvement,
with their bracelets available for purchase until the end of
the year. They include: Rosario Dawson for YouthAIDS (red
bracelet); Salma Hayek for the Salma Hayek Foundation (white
bracelet); Scarlett Johansson for U.S.A. Harvest (baby pink
bracelet); Spike Lee for Maurice Kanbar Institute of Film &
Television/Graduate Division/Tisch School of the Arts/NYC
(purple bracelet); Edward Norton for Maasai Wilderness
Conservation Trust (green bracelet); Sarah Jessica Parker for
UNICEF (blue bracelet); Liv Tyler for The Breast Cancer

This year's LEVEDAY - is a day created to encourage people
across the country to get involved in philanthropy.
*Last year, Cartier donated more than $1.2 million to eight
global charities from the sales of its LEVEDAY bracelet, and
due to the enormous success, this year Cartier celebrates
LEVEDAY with a new bracelet, where $100 from each bracelet
will be donated to the designated causes. |
