Anniversary of The Arts Horizons LeRoy
Neiman Arts Center in Harlem. Kick off Harlem
week with cocktails, BBQ, music and of
course, ART. Proceeds benefit Arts Horizons
and the many, quality, affordable Arts
Education programs offered by The Center to
the community’s children.
