Pulitzer Attended Garden Lilly Wedding Day
at Red Cross Designers’ Show House

West Palm Beach, FL. More than 50 guests were in attendance
at the garden Lilly Wedding Day on February 2nd at the 2008
American red Cross Designer’s Show House. Third in the
exciting Saturday Style Series held at the oceanfront luxury
condominium
2700 North Ocean on Singer Island, this lecture featured
celebrity panelists who offered tips and expertise on how to
create the perfect garden wedding.
As a tribute to the Show House theme, Palm Beach Style,
event Honorary Chair, Lilly Pulitzer was honored at the
lecture with a
special gift from the American Red Cross.
Celebrity panelists including Victoria Amory, party planner
extraordinaire; Keith Williams of Mario Nievera Design,
landscape
architect; Claire Bean, wedding planner; Pamela Murdoch,
honeymoon expert; Tim Carew, invitation expert; Jamie
Habanek of
Bloomingdale’s and Jennifer Reed of Cafe Boulud shard their
expertise on setting a spectacular tabletop with place
settings,
linens and more; transforming a simple landscape into a
wedding paradise; invitation etiquette; expert advice on the
perfect wedding
cake; and planning the perfect honeymoon.
We were honored to have Lilly Pulitzer attend our lecture
series and also be a part of this annual event,” said
Victoria Amory,
co-chairman and series panelist. “Guests were able to walk
away with wonderful tips on how to create their own fabulous
garden
wedding in addition to getting inspiration on design from
the Show House.”
The 2008 Designers’ Show House brought together an exclusive
showcase of home collections and luxury brands featured in
rooms designed by acclaimed interior designers fromm across
the U.S. and the South Florida area, who transformed the
Tower
Suite at 2700 North Ocean on Singer Island room-by-room,
showcasing their individual talents and styles.
Taking inspiration from both the theme, Palm Beach Style,
and Show House Honorary Chairwoman, Lilly Pulitzer, the
designers
succeeded at creating the ultimate in oceanfront Palm Beach
living.
