Celebrating GALENTINE’S DAY, the clever catchphrase coined
by superwoman Leslie Knope on TV’s Parks and Recreation,
TV personality, Katlean de Monchy (frequently seen on CNN)
gathered 87 leading New York women to mix it up with love
and laughter in the spirit of beauty inside and out at Avra
Estiatorio. “I brought together some of the city’s most
exceptional women, many of whom I consider close friends,
together on Galentine’s Day to cherish fond memories,
meet new people and celebrate the spirit of beauty inside
and out,” says Katlean de Monchy.
Among the stellar guests were Jill
Zarin, Jean Shafiroff, Lauren Lawrence, Patricia Kluge, WCBS’ Cindy Hsu,
Flower Power TV host, “Jill Brooke,” Susan Gutfreund,
Patricia Kluge and Anna Rhodes who was serenaded on her
birthday by guest
Mary Brown, who wrote Beyonce’s first number one single with
Destiny’s Child "No, No, No." A light luncheon of
Mediterranean fare was served followed by Avra’s most
delicious desserts.
An innovation scout who usually shares her discoveries on
TV, Katlean de Monchy opted for a far more intimate setting
to share her newest find, Aethern, new,
drinkable nutrition for the skin. As
Katlean notes, “I was intrigued when I read in ALLURE that
even a woman as beautiful as Cate Blanchett admits to being
a fan of this aesthetic formula. The secret is the way
Aethern blends their exclusive combination of age-defying
ingredients with Hyaluronic Acid to hold more water in your
skin, to make you look healthier, less prone to
wrinkles. All in one drinkable dose!” Every guest was
gifted with a goody bag full of Aethern and every gal at
this GALENTINE’s luncheon went home intrigued with the idea
of discovering how to reveal beauty from within. |
