gala and
fundraising
event, An
Evening of
Enchantment,
on
Saturday,
July 27th,
at
Topping Rose
House in
Bridgehampton,
NY. Jean
Shafiroff,
noted
philanthropist,
was the Gala
Chair, along
with the
Host
Committee
which
included The
Ellen
Hermanson
Board of
Directors
and Friends
of The
Foundation.
The two
honorees of
the evening
were Marcia
Hefter with
BNB Bank,
honored for
their
extraordinary
commitment
to the East
End
community
and Senator
Kenneth P.
LaValle for
his advocacy
for access
to breast
health care.
Lucas Hunt,
President of
HUNT
Auctioneers
and a
celebrated
American
poet, was
the Master
of
Ceremonies
for the live
auction. He
was very
successful
in raising
much needed
funding for
all the
programs The
Ellen
Hermanson
Foundation
offers to
the
community.
The event
featured
entertainment
by Broadway
star
Samantha
Massell,
cuisine by
Jean-Georges,
dancing to
DJ Double S
Productions,
Mirror
Photobooth
NYC and
more.
Ellen’s Run
will take
place on
Sunday,
August 18 at
9am at Stony
Brook
Southampton
Hospital,
265 Herrick
Road,
Southampton.
All are
welcome!
Advance

is $35/$25
for seniors
and
children.
