Twenty
percent of
sales from
Roberto
Cavalli
Clothing and
Accessories
offered at
the event
were donated
to Sing
for Hope,
a nonprofit
organization
that uses
the power of
the arts to
create a
better
world.
The
festivities
were kicked
off by
internationally-acclaimed
soprano and
Sing for
Hope
Co-Founder, Camille
Zamora,
and were
followed by
performances
from Neil
Davis and Julie
Schatz, two
rising
artists from
Sing for
Hope’s
roster of
more than
2,000
volunteers.
Since 2006,
Sing for
Hope has
partnered
with over
250
nonprofit
organizations,
mobilized
3,500
artists in
volunteer
service,
reached
40,000
schoolchildren,
and placed
450
artist-created
Sing for
Hope Pianos
throughout
public
spaces,
hospitals,
and schools
— a symbol
and
celebration
of art for
all. 2018
will see the
international
expansion of
Sing for
Hope’s
programs to
serve three
Syrian
refugees
camps in
Greece,
bringing
hope where
it is
desperately
needed.
