policymakers,

experts

recent
guests
at the
International
Centre
for the
Study of
Radicalisation
and
Political
Violence’s
(ICSR)
first
annual
Peace
and
Security
Summit
at the
Waldorf
Astoria
Hotel in
New York
City.
During
the
summit,
experts
addressed
some of
the most
pressing
security
issues
of our
time
including
whether
the wars
since
9/11 and
billions
of
dollars
spent
have
helped
to make
America
safer.
The
Dinner
was
hosted
by Sami
David
and Rena
Shulsky-David.
Ms. Shulsky-David is a New York City entrepreneur, green leader, political
rights
and
social
healthcare
activist
and
corporate
social
responsibility
leader.
She is
also the
founder
of Green
Seal,
the
first
and the
most
widely
respected
environmental
seal of
approval
appearing
on
products
as well
as
companies
around
the
world.
Ms. Shulsky-David
chaired
the
legendary
‘Swords
to
Plowshares’
conference,
marking
the
first
face-to-face
meeting
of the
head of
the
soviet
military
with
their
American
military
counterparts
since
WWII.
