the Society
hosted its
annual Wine
Dinner in
the opulent
Metropolitan
Club, which
gala benefit
was hosted
by beauteous
broadcaster
Deborah
Norville,
who was
accompanied
by her
handsome
husband Karl
Wellner. |

When they
arrived with
publishing
heiress Anne
Hearst and
her husband,
author Jay
"Bright
Lights, Big
City"
McInerney,
who served
as the
evening's
"Sommelier,"
the
paparazzi
had a field
day, nearly
blinding
such guests
Fox News
anchor
Kimberly
Guilfoyle,
Barbara de
Portago,
Valesca
Guerrand-Hermes,
Janna
Bullock, and
Jeff and
Ashley
McDermott
with their

The soiree
raised over
$530,000,
which will
be used for
the
Society's
successful
Trauma
Recovery
Program,
which seeks
to
supplement
medical care
with
counseling
and other
forms of
support for
the young
victims who
have come
under their
purview. |

To keep the
patrons in
high spirits
despite the
perhaps
depressing
subject,
chef Anita
Lo chose a
menu that
seemed to
please
everyone,
while the
wine
selection
was provided
by the Napa
Valley's
Tournesol vineyard,
which is
owned by Bob
and Anne
Arnes, who
were honored
for their
support of
the NYSPCC
during the
dinner
party. |
