NYC (January 6, 2011) – Gotham Magazine hosted the premiere of HGTV’s “Selling New York” featuring luxury building TWENTY 9^th Park Madison at Asellina at the Gansevoort Park Avenue on Thursday, January 6^th, 2011.  The party was co-hosted by Warburg Realty’s Richard Steinberg, the exclusive broker for TWENTY 9^th Park Madison, and Espais Corporation NY’s Andres Hogg, developer of TWENTY 9^th Park Madison, who are both featured on the show. 

Richard Steinberg has wrapped filming six episodes of the HGTV hit and is scheduled to shoot three more.  The festive evening featured hors d’oeuvres by Asellina’s executive chef Marco Porceddu and a preview screening of “Selling New York” first episode of their second season. The season’s first episode follows Richard Steinberg as he works on selling the newly available units at TWENTY 9^th Park Madison. January 6th kicked off “Selling New York” second season, which airs Thursdays at 9PM on HGTV. The show follows assertive, razor-sharp and always compelling real estate brokers in the country’s most competitive market
