house on
Sunday,
April 22nd
at Roseland
Ballroom at
the T.J.
Martell
Foundation’s
13th
Annual New
York Family
Day! The
event raised
over
$250,000 for
life-saving
cancer and
AIDS
research.
This year’s
event
honored
multi Grammy
Award
winners
Train (Pat
Monahan,
Jimmy
Stafford,
Scott
Underwood)
and their
management,
Bob McLynn
and Jonathan
Daniel of
Crush
Management,
for their
tremendous
support of
numerous
charitable
causes.
In addition
to Train,
Family Day
featured a
special DJ
set by Cobra
Starship,
also
represented
by Crush
Management;
live
performances
from
Universal
recording
artist
Ariana
Grande, who
plays “Cat
Valentine”
on
Nickelodeon’s
hit series
“Victorious;”
and
Australian
pop
sensation
Cody
Simpson.
Z100 DJ,
Trey Morgan,
served as
host and
official
radio
station of
Family Day
and Carrie
Keagan of
VH1’s “Big
Morning Buzz
Live” was
also a
featured
host of this
exciting
event.

with smiling
faces as
Train and
our other
artists
brought the
crowd to its
feet,
helping us
raise over
$14 million
for our
vital
research
programs,"

Family Day
provides a
spectacular
day full of
games,
carnival
activities
and live
performances
to raise
money for
leukemia,
cancer and
AIDS

has steadily
grown into
one of the
Martell
Foundation’s
most
successful
fundraisers,
with Family
Day
festivities
now held in
Nashville
and Los
Angeles
too. To
date, the
initiative
has raised
$4 million.
