1 in Neiman
Marcus’
second floor
couture
salon. The
evening was
a Big
Band-style
cocktail
party with
over 210
guests in
attendance
and a
special
‘thank you’
to all of
those who
made 2010
Legacy’s
best year
yet by
surpassing
12 million
of the 15
million
Capital
Campaign and
assisting in
meeting The
Mabee
Challenge and
to Celebrate
Legacy’s 30
years of
service. Julia
Frankel and
Bob Devlin
chaired this
special
night, as
Jackson &
Co. provided
hors
d’ouevres,
and Kristine
Mills and
Bryan
Anthony
crooned the
crowd with
live jazz
and blues
entertainment.
The
highlight of
the evening
was the
unveiling of
Jerry D.
Bartee, Assistance
Fund Suite.
It is one
suite in
honor of
Jerry D.
Bartee who
raised over
one million
dollars to
cover the
cost of
insurance
and
medication
for those in
need. Jerry
believed in
the mission
of Legacy
Community
Health
Services and
worked to
ensure
Legacy's
growth in
order to
meet the
increasing
healthcare
needs of the
greater
Houston
community. The
Assistance
Fund will be
a suite in
the new
building
where Legacy
will be
doing
financial
services.
Each guest
left the
party with a
sterling
silver
Blessing
Bowl
enclosed
with a note
stating,
“Our World
Celebrates
The Blessing
of You.” It
was truly a
night to
Celebrate!
