24th Annual Family and Film Awards,
broadcasted via Telecast on April 22nd, 2021
on the REELZ Channel 128 TV Network,
at 5pm PST (8pm EST) and running a second
time at 7pm PST (10pm EST).
The Family and Film Awards was established
in 1996, by Founder/Executive Producer Dr.
Olympia Gellini and was originally
Co-produced by Dick Clark.
This year, the televised event is Executive
Produced by Dr. Gellini and billionaire Ms.
Ma Xiaoqiu (Founder of DYF Entertainment),
Co-Produced by Dr. Jeannie Yi (CEO of DYF
Entertainment) and Michael Maizes (Partner
of SFM Entertainment), and also produced by
publicist Roger Neal.
The
celebrity host of the event is none other
than the talente
d Dean Cain, America’s Superman.
Mr. Cain was seen in a clean and stylish
suit, while hosting.
Ann-Margaret,
received the Lifetime Achievement Award and
Julianne Hough presented the award.
Ms. Hough, also performed a dance
tribute to Ann-Margaret.
The red carpet and event was packed full of
celebrities. Viewers who tuned in witnessed
some of their favorite celebrities.
American Actress Amber Martinez, who has
been in Mob Rules, Senior Entourage, and
recently appeared in Marvel’s WandaVision,
graced the red carpet in a gorgeous Grecian
inspired dress
and wavey hair.
During the red carpet, Ms. Martinez was
overheard talking about how happy she was
for Ann-Margret.
Comedic Actress Wendi McLendon-Covey, from
the hit show The Goldbergs,
Mrs. McLendon-Covey was stunning on the red carpet with her classic form
fitting cocktail dress and was seen very
happily hugging her husband.
Featured Celebrities included
Scarlett Johansson, Taika Waititi, Adam Driver, Angelina Jolie, Saoirse
Ronan, Daisy Ridley,
Tom Hanks, Randall Park, Robert Downey Jr.,
Mark Hamill, Greta Gerwig, and others.
The
star-studded event was taped at the
Universal Hilton at Universal Studios.
Viewers enjoyed the many special
performances, including a vocal performance
by
Ms. Ma Xiaoqiu herself.
Dr. Gellini signed an exclusive deal with
the REELZ Channel and the awards show only
aired on the
REELZ network.

大的家就是国家，由无数小的家组成。小家的稳定，承载着一个国家的稳定。2020年在全球疫情下，全世界206个国家都遭受了同样的病毒袭击
- Covid 19。全世界暂时放下各自不同的文化和信仰，一家人重新审视生活的真谛。于是在
3月24号好莱坞环球影城希尔顿酒店，疫情一年来首次举行的家庭电影奖，受到全世界的关注。这是颂扬家庭美好、人类安康的电影奖项，是1996
年在克林顿总统的提倡下，为抵制好莱坞黄赌毒、华而不实、入魔精彩纷呈的高科技游戏而忽视健康的家庭内容、把青少年引入歧途而倡导的、以家庭价值观为核心的电影奖项（《你好：李焕英》应该是最好的中国家庭电影例子）。用国际影帝汤姆·汉克斯的话来说：拍打打杀杀的电影，也许比温馨平常的片子容易些。拍出一个全家人都能欣赏的片子，实在不容易。汤姆·汉克斯在

The big home is country, composed of numerous small homes.
The stable small homes bear the stability of a nation. Under
the global pandemic in 2020, 206 countries in the world have
been suffered from the same virus, Covid-19. All nations put
down their own cultures and beliefs to review the truth of
life together. Hence, the first family film awards has been
held in Universal Studio Hollywood Hilton Hotel in March 24
since the pandemic, which is a highlight for the whole
world. It is an award to praise the wonder of family and the
health of human beings. It is a film award with family
values as the core, which was advocated by President Clinton
in 1996 to boycott Hollywood’s high-tech games of
pornography, gambling and drugs, flashiness and enchantment,
ignoring healthy family content and leading teenagers astray
(the film: Hi Mom, should be the best sample of
Chinese family film). Just as an international movie star,
Tom Hanks, says, the fighting film is easier than the warm
and ordinary one. It is very difficult to make a film that
could be watched by the whole family. Tom Hanks was awarded
to be the Best Actor of Family Film Award in 1996 for the
Apollo 13.

paper just talks about one thing: what’s the relationship
between the Hollywood Family Film awards far away in the
Pacific and our readers of “Pacific Finance”? Why should we
know about the award?
首先，家庭电影奖自1996年由著名电影人安东尼·吉尼里博士和美国电影电视传奇人物迪克·克拉克打造后，一直是好莱坞“土生土长”的奖项。和奥斯卡一样，家庭电影奖有很严肃的评选机制“蓝缎带”，
成员几乎都是美国电影艺术与科学学院Academy
of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences的终身评委或者是金球奖的外国著名记者。
他们不为金钱和权势所动，公正公平对待每一部入选电影。其次，这个奖项在2020年全球疫情最严重的六月，被深圳天成铭道董事长、对文学和电影有着四十年痴情梦想的马小秋博士收购，她成为这个纯美国品牌的最大股东。第三，虽然因为疫情，马小秋博士和公司高层以及投资人不便前往参加活动，好莱坞的艺术家们，一听这话，立刻冲到视频连线前，隔着太平洋，和坐在北京自家影视公司秋豪影视和几位家人朋友观看录播的马小秋博士面前，争着和她说话、打招呼、致谢。获得家庭电影奖终身成就奖的著名影后、与猫王共舞、激励了三代好莱坞传奇影后
安·玛格丽特，对马小秋博士又是飞吻，又是说“我爱你”，
说一定要去北京拜会马小秋妹妹；“美国偶像”著名歌手、美国电台点歌系统频率最高的海莉·莱因哈特，也对马小秋热情洋溢，说疫情结束，就来北京，和马小秋在舞台上一起歌唱。更让人感动的是两位美男子，《隔离时期的爱情》的主角，和安·玛格丽特合影后，立刻来到视频前，隔洋相望，向马总问好。
Firstly, the Family Film Awards was created by famous
filmmaker Dr. Anthony Ginry and American film and television
legend Dick Clark since 1996, and then it has been a
“native” award in Hollywood. Same as Oscar Award, there is a
strict selection mechanism “blue ribbons” for the award. The
members are lifelong judges of the Academy of Motion Picture
Arts and Sciences or the famous foreign journalists of the
Golden Globe Award. They would not be moved by money or
power to treat each nominated film fairly and equally.
Secondly, the award has been acquired by the Chairman of
Shenzhen Tiancheng Mingdao who has been infatuated with
literature and film for 40 years, Doctor Xiaoqiu Ma, in June
2020 when the pandemic is the most serious around the world.
She has been the biggest shareholder of the pure-American
brand. Thirdly, Doctor Ma, the senior executives and
investors could not go to participate in the event for the
pandemic, so the artists of Hollywood hurry to connect with
Doctor Ma watching the recording with several friends and
families in her own film and television company in Beijing,
Qiuhao Entertainment, with online video. All of them try to
say helo and make acknowledgement to her. The famous movie
queen gaining the Cecil B.deMille Award in Family Film
Awards, dancing with Elvis Presley and encouraging three
generations of people in Hollywood, Ann Margret, blew a kiss
and said “I love you” to her, and she said she will go to
Beijing to pay a visit to younger sister, Xiaoqiu Ma. The
famous singer of “American Idol” with the highest frequency
in the American radio song system, Haley Reinhart, also is
passionate about Xiaoqiu Ma, and she says that she would go
to Beijing and sing a song with Ma when the pandemic comes
to an end. The two handsome men, the starred heroes of
Love in Quarantine, rush to the video and say hello to
President Ma after taking photos with Ann Margret.

“artists must be brave”. They turn blind eyes to the
conflict among countries although the national public
opinion would affect the emotion of the mass. The stars in

瑞贝卡在去年感恩节时，在马小秋博士《秋言物语》的好莱坞新书发布会上，用英文翻唱了马小秋女士的抗疫之歌《惟愿：
日出东方》。在家庭电影奖录播时，
她含着眼泪看完马小秋女士和韩磊老师的演出，激动地来到后台对马小秋说：您，让我好感动！要知道，瑞贝卡是著名歌星、007邦德女孩，她是如此感动！
重要的不是技巧，重要的是用音乐给感情画一张脸。马小秋博士做到了。She
did it！
Rebecca had a cross-over of Xiaoqiu Ma’s anti-epidemic song
in English, Wishing: Sun Rising from the East, in a
book lunch of Doctor Xiaoqiu Ma in Hollywood, Qiu’s
Monogatari. In the recording of the Family Film Award,
she finished the whole performance of Xiaoqiu Ma and Han Lei
with tears, and then she came to the backstage and said with
Xiaoqiu Ma excitedly, “It is so touching!” Rebecca is a
famous singer, a girl of 007 James Bond, and she is so moved
by it! The key is not the technique but drawing a face for
emotion with music,
which is reached by Doctor Xiaoqiu Ma. She did it!

The Family Film Awards announced the
nominees for its 24th ceremony honoring the best of Family
Television, Film, and Music and its telecast presented by
DYF Entertainment.
Nominees and award winners in each
category are selected by a Blue Ribbon Panel made up of
entertainment industry executives. Roger Neal and Olympia Gellini, Founder and President of World Film Institute and
The Family Film Awards announced today the 24th Family Film
Awards will take place at the Universal Hilton Hotel at
Universal Studios in
Los Angeles on February 25, 2021.
Dean Cain
will be the Master of Ceremonies.
REELZ is set to air the
telecast in Spring 2021.
COVID-19 safety protocols will be
followed during the taping of the show.
Iconic film star Ann-Margret
will be honored
with the Lifetime Achievement Award,
Producer/Writer Bob Gale will accept the Iconic Film Award
for
“Back to the Future,”
the cast of “The Brady Bunch”
will accept the Iconic Television Award
and Michelle Yeoh will receive
the Global Lifetime
Achievement Award.
Legendary award winning actress, recording
star and best-selling author Ann-Margret has starred in over
fifty-five films including such hits as “Cincinnati Kid,”
“State Fair,” “Tommy,” “Carnal Knowledge,” “Bye Bye Birdie,”
“Viva Las Vegas,” “Stagecoach,” “Grumpy Old Men” and its
sequel to name a few of her career highlights. She received
two Academy Award nominations, won five Golden Globe Awards,
won an Emmy, is Grammy-nominated, is a three-time winner of
the “Female Star of the Year” award and has been twice
honored as “Outstanding Box Office Star of the Year” by the
Theatre Owners of America.
She has co-starred with such
luminaries as John Wayne, Elvis Presley, Anthony Hopkins,
Jack Nicholson, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Kirk Douglas, Steve
McQueen, Burt Reynolds and Walter Matthau among others.
