Dawn Derow, engaged to John Williams, made an
appearance at
Birdland Theater to promote her new album "My Ship: Songs from 1941"
which will be released on jazz label ZOHO MUSIC on Dec
10th.
Dawn has been a long time friend
of Birdland and Gianni Valenti was thrilled to be back
on the Birdland stage. She sang a 'come-hither' funky
version of Chattanooga Choo Choo. Her Album Release show
will be Jan 15th (7pm) at Green Room 42
