The
Endometriosis Foundation of America
(EFA) will hold its
2nd
Annual
Blossom Ball
on Thursday, May
20, 2010, at the New York Public Library,
located at Fifth Avenue and Forty-Second Street.
Hosts for the Blossom Ball are EFA co-founders
Tamer Seckin, MD
and
Padma Lakshmi. The evening starts with
cocktails and silent auction at 7PM, followed by
dinner and dancing, special guests, and musical
entertainment. Event Co-Chairs include Eileen
Guggenheim, Cindi Leive and Diana Taylor. Celebrity
guests expected to attend. Emcee of the dinner
will be comedian, Heather McDonald.
The Endometriosis
Foundation of America is a nonprofit organization
working to fight the devastating effects of a
disease that affects millions of woman and
adolescent girls. Through increased awareness,
education, research and legislative advocacy, the
EFA is committed to improving lives by early
detection and treatment.
