The All Stars Project
will hold its National Gala Benefit entitled: "Out
of Crisis Helping the World's Youth to Grow" - on
Monday, April 12, at the David H. Koch Theater at Lincoln Center, Broadway at 64th Street;
cocktails at 6:00 p.m. followed by dinner at
7:00 p.m.
The event will honor
hedge-fund industry leader, Elliott Management
Corporation. Dinner co-chairs include Steve
Alesio, Dun & Bradstreet; Scott B. Hill,
Ernst & Young; Keith Horn, Elliott Management
Corp.; Hunter L. Hunt, Hunt Oil, Charles
MacDonald, Elliott Management Corp., Robert
T. Ross, Merrill Lynch to name a few.
The 2010 Bridge
Building Awards for Leadership in Community
Relations will be presented to five countries for
their exemplary leadership in providing aid to Haiti in the
aftermath of January's devastating earthquake. Haiti�s Consul General of New York, Felix
Augustine, along with youth leaders of the All
Stars Project, will present the awards to: Consul
General H.E. Osmar V. Chohfi (Brazil);
Consul General Daniel Sullivan (Canada); Ambassador Jorge Bolaños (Cuba); Consul General Philippe Lalliot (France); and Consul General
Asaf Shariv (Israel).
The Gala will be hosted
by Diana Williams of ABC Eyewitness News.
Academy Award- nominated actress Rosie Pérez
will attend.
The gala will announce
a $9.2 million expansion campaign for the All Stars
Project of New Jersey which includes creating The
Scott H. Flamm Center for Development Afterschool in downtown Newark.
