ARTrageous is proud to announce the star-studded ARTrageous
Gala + Art Auction to benefit New York City foster children
at Cipriani Wall Street, New York, Monday, May 24, 2010.
Cocktails and the auction preview will begin at 6:30pm.
Dinner, awards, and the live auction will commence at
8:00pm.
Kirstin Cole of CBS 2 News will emcee
the event among other
noted attendees.
Artist Honoree, Ross Bleckner, will
donate a work of art created especially for ARTrageous.
Lavinia Branca Snyder, Michelle Russell Johnson, Brent
Nicklas, Erica Reid and Eli Wilner will also be honored
during the evening for their dedication to foster children.
The ARTrageous Gala Dinner + Art
Auction showcases more than 50 donated works of art that
will be on exhibit and sold in a silent and live auction
hosted by Sotheby?s. Jeff Koons, Donald Baechler,
Romero Britto, Francesco Clemente, Stephen Hannock, Kenny
Scharf, Alex Katz
and many other renowned artists are participating.
Rounding out the auction lots are an array of luxury goods
and experiences.
Proceeds from the event
will benefit Edwin Gould Services for Children and Families
(EGSCF).

disadvantaged children and teens living in foster care in
