Reporter of NBC News' Today Show, is set to host
City Harvest’s 16th annual, An Evening
of Practical Magic, on Wednesday, April 14th
at Cipriani 42nd Street (110 East 42nd
Street). The evening will include cocktails and a
silent auction at 6:30 pm, followed by an awards
presentation, dinner and live auction at 7:30 pm.
Tickets range from $750 to $2,500 and tables are
$10,000 to $50,000, with 100% of the selling price
going to directly support City Harvest’s efforts.
City Harvest’s An Evening of
Practical Magic, which pays tribute to the
efforts of individuals and organizations who have
gone above and beyond in their commitment to help
City Harvest feed New York’s hungry, will honor Tom
O’Brien, President and General Manager, NBC Local
Media New York, NBC4/NBC Universal and James D.
Kallman, Chairman of the Board, City Harvest.
Last year’s event was hosted by David
Arquette, honored Rachael Ray and Eric Ripert, among
others, and included a performance by Matchbox 20’s
Rob Thomas. It attracted 500 people and raised $1
