Walk Now for Autism Speaks
is a unique fundraising
event that is also a safe and fun day for families who are
affected by autism. The day includes a 2 mile walk, plus a
community resource fair with educational sources,
therapists, schools, recreational organizations, and
creative, child-friendly activities -- a true
“one-stop-shop” for families.

of Autism Speaks, Suzanne Wright, New York Giants
linebacker Michael Boley, and star of NBC’s
television drama “Friday Night Lights” Jesse Plemons
along with thousands of people with autism, their families,
friends and supporters.

Thousands of walkers – including
individuals with autism, their families and friends -- will
join together to raise much-needed funds for critical
scientific research and to increase awareness about autism,
which now affects 1 in every 110 children, at the
New York City
