The Annual IES Brain Research Foundation Golf Outing
and Dinner will be held on Monday, May 16th
at the beautiful, private Lake Mohawk Golf Club.
All golf packages include your cart, boxed lunch, chair
massage, goody bag, hors d’oeuvres and delicious dinner
buffet.
Come have fun while testing your golf skills and
participating in our contests: putting, longest drive,

Lexus. In addition, there will be silent and live auctions,
raffles, as well as golf & door
prizes
.
If you don’t golf, join us for dinner and hors d’oeuvres to
support this wonderful program.
Each year, the IES Brain Research Foundation offers a
Summer Student Fellowship Program.
Fellowships are available to bright, motivated undergraduate
students who are interested in neuroscience research. This
program gives students the opportunity to work with, and be
trained by, well established, very experienced scientists in
the field of brain research. The goal is to attract bright
young minds to this important field, to add to the important
work of the senior scientists. IES Brain Research Foundation
summer fellows receive an award of $2500 and
are expected to spend 8-10 weeks (full time)
during the summer, being trained in a first rate U.S.
laboratory.
Enjoy reading enthusiastic quotes from student fellows and
their supervisors about their summer experiences at:

A variety of sponsorships are available and there are many
ways that you can support the Fellowship Program, even if
you cannot attend the golf outing or dinner. Auction and
raffle items, prizes and contributions for the “goody” bags
are welcome. Volunteers are needed! All participation and
support is greatly appreciated. Share the information with
friends, family and co-workers.
