Legacy
Community Health Services 10th annual luncheon
will take place on Tuesday, September 18, 2012, at Houston’s
Wortham Center. The Champagne luncheon will be chaired by
Ginni Mithoff, Rosemarie Johnson, and Monsour Taghdisi.
This year’s Living Legacy Award recipients will be
Melanie Gray and Mark Wawro and Melissa and Michael Mithoff
for their exceptional support of Legacy Community Health
Services over the years. Tickets begin at $250 and tables
begin at $2500.
All proceeds from this year’s luncheon benefit Legacy’s
highly regarded healthcare programs – from their maternity
and pediatric services to their social and medical services
for people living with HIV/AIDS. Legacy provides a
comprehensive set of health and wellness programs at four
different clinics in some of Houston’s most low-income
neighborhoods.
Legacy Community Health Services is a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit
organization and the largest Federally Qualified Health
Center in Houston. Each year they provide low-cost or
no-cost healthcare services to over 45,000 Houston area men,
women and children.
