The boards of Hanley Center Foundation and Caron Treatment
Centers are delighted to announce that the Hanley Center
2012 Golf Classic will be held at The Medalist Golf Club in
Hobe Sound on Monday, April 23.
Bill O’Donnell is serving as Chairman of the event with
Co-Chairs, Joseph DeNucci and Skip Gozzo.
“We are thrilled to have such a strong leadership team, and
to have Hanley Center 2012 Golf Classic played on this
prestigious course designed by Greg Norman,” said Andrew
Rothermel, Florida Market President for Hanley Center and
Caron Treatment Centers. “The Medalist is the home course of
many of the biggest names in professional golf, including
Tiger Woods. The course will lend its aura to this year’s
Golf Classic which Hanley has been proud to present for more
than 12 years.”
The event welcomes 88 players who will play in foursomes.
The day begins with a 7:00 a.m. registration and breakfast
and a shot gun start at 8:30 a.m., followed by an awards
luncheon. Registration for a single player is $2,000 and
$8,000 for a foursome.
“This annual fund raising event benefits Hanley Center’s
Lifesaver Patient Aid Fund,” explains Dr. Rachel Docekal,
who leads Hanley Center Foundation. “The fund provides vital
financial assistance to those seeking treatment due to
limited financial resources or restriction on insurance
coverage. Over the years, hundreds of people have received
treatment thanks to this special fund, which has helped to
bring hope back into their lives and the lives of their
families.”
Hanley Center 2012 Golf Classic promises to be a memorable
