Residents Gather at the Gansevoort Hotel
to Benefit New York City Children
After Hurricane Sandy, there
remain many children who have lost so much. The need for
relief remains, and New York Center For Children’s
Holiday at the Gansevoort is the perfect opportunity to
give back Nov. 29 at 7 p.m.
NYCC is asking New Yorkers to assist in creating awareness
and providing financial support for the children’s needs.
Guests can celebrate the festive holiday season with a wish
tree decorated by the children served by the NYCC and take
home a personal ornament by the end of the night for a small
donation.
While enjoying the evening, libations, and silent auction,
guests are invited to the Children's Wish Tree, where they
may consider taking home one of the lovely handcrafted
ornaments.
Guests may also enjoy the Christmas spirit at the glamorous
Gansevoort Hotel with wine and prosecco provided by Global
Wines and Wine, Inc. To brighten the season for NYCC’s
children, the NYCC Junior
Committee and Gansevoort Hotel are providing attendees with
a heartfelt invitation to the holiday fundraiser and
cocktail party.
NYCC Junior
Committee’s generous sponsors for our silent auction include
the Dorchester Collection, a bespoke wine experience from
Mr. Aristotle in Paris, tickets to Knicks & Giants games, a
Greenwich Hotel spa experience in TriBeCa, a deluxe stay at
Chiva Sam luxury lodge and spa in Thailand, and dining
experiences at Jimmy and the National just to name just a
few.
To purchase your ticket, or provide a donation, please log
