Annual Legal Profession Luncheon will honor Lawrence
Byrne, Esq. of Linklaters LLP with The Robert M.
Morgenthau Award. The luncheon chairs are Samuel W.
Seymour, Esq. of Sullivan & Cromwell LLP and Joseph P. Armao,
Esq. of Linklaters LLP. Special guests include Honorary PAL
President and Police Commissioner Raymond W. Kelly, PAL
Chairman Robert M. Morgenthau, PAL Vice Chairman Robert J.
McGuire and PAL President John B. Osborn. The luncheon,
held at The Pierre, Fifth Avenue at 61st Street,
begins with a reception at 11:30 a.m., followed by lunch at
12:30 p.m. Benefit tables range from $5,000 to $25,000.

New York City’s Police Athletic League is the first and
finest civilian-run PAL in the country. Founded in 1914, PAL
has served the city’s young people for 97 years. PAL
provides recreational, educational, cultural and social
activities to over 50,000 boys and girls annually. It is
one of the city’s largest, independent, nonprofit
youth organizations.
