Ann Liguori,

Radio, hosts the 15th Annual Ann Liguori
Foundation Charity Golf Classic on
Monday, May 20th at The Bridge in
Bridgehampton, New York.
Ann’s tournament, one of the most popular charity golf
tournaments on Long Island, attracts players from around the
world who come to The Hamptons to take part in the
tournament and weekend-long festivities.
Liguori, a Westhampton, New York resident, hosts the golf
tourney every year at one of the East End's prestigious
courses. "We are fortunate to have a plethora of top
courses on the East End that attract golfers from around the
world,” says Liguori. “And we’re delighted to host those who
come and play year after year as well as newcomers who hear
great things about the event.”
The Ann Liguori Foundation was created to help a variety of
organizations that focus on cancer care, prevention and
research, with the main beneficiary being the American
Cancer Society.
The Foundation also brings nutrition education specialist
Jill Jayne to the Hamptons to conduct educational and
entertaining assemblies for young people about the
importance of good nutrition as a cancer preventative.
"Along with my broadcasting career, raising money and
awareness for such an important mission has been a huge
piority in my life, says Liguori." "Giving back is
very satisfying and thanks to the countless people who
donate their time, money and support, we make a difference
every year in the fight against cancer."
