TOYOTA TO PRESENT NINE LOCAL CHARITIES WITH NEW VEHICLES

WHAT:
Toyota Motor Sales, U.S.A will present nine local winners of
its 100 Cars
for Good philanthropic
program with new vehicles to support the work of their
charitable organizations.
Toyota's 100
Cars for Good is
a major, national philanthropy program in which the
automaker gives away 100 cars to 100 nonprofits. Winners are
selected through public voting on Facebook. 100
Cars for Good is
the first initiative that directly engages the public to
determine how Toyota's philanthropic donations are awarded.

Calif.) A group that assists families victimized by domestic
violence.
· Mojave
Desert Animal Rescue (Apple
Valley, Calif.): A pet food bank and resource center for
homeless pet owners.
· New
Directions for Veterans (Los
Angeles): A resource organization for veterans and their
families.
· Operation
Gratitude (Van
Nuys, Calif.): A group that sends care packages to military
members, their families, veterans, caregivers and first
responders.
· Santa
Clarita Valley Committee on Aging (Santa
Clarita, Calif.):
A senior center that provides meals, transportation and
other assistance.
· Green
Vets Los Angeles (Calabasas,
Calif.): A vocational rehabilitation program that provides
job training for veterans.
· The
Rock Club and Rock For Vets (Signal
Hill, Calif.): A musical education group for at-risk kids
and veterans.
