Bone marrow donors and recipients meet for very first time
WHAT:
Gift
of Life,
one of the world's leading bone marrow and blood stem cell
registries, will host its 15th Annual Partners
for Life Gala, where it will unite transplant recipients
with their life-saving donors for the very first time.
This year's event marks the 20th anniversary
of the bone marrow transplant that saved Jay Feinberg's
life and inspired him to establish the Foundation. Gift of
Life will honor Tova and Howard Weiser with this year's
Partners for Life Award, and Wendy and Joshua Feldman with
the Founders Circle Award.
