Join us to celebrate the 25th Anniversary
of The
Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's (LLS) Man & Woman of the Year
campaign! Show your support to the motivated men and
women of Palm Beach County, as they compete in a 10-week
fundraising competition to earn the title “Man & Woman of
the Year.” Each candidate raises money in honor of local
Honored Heroes, children who are currently battling or in
remission from a blood cancer. Although only two candidates
can earn the title, “Man & Woman of the Year,” all of the
candidates are focused on the fact that everyone wins, when
cancer loses.
The Man & Woman of the Year Grand Finale is an evening to
celebrate candidates and their teams for their fundraising
efforts during the 10-week campaign. The Grand Finale
celebration is Friday, May 19th at
the Hilton West Palm Beach. The evening will include dinner,
dancing, and a silent and live auction, along with
announcing the 2017 Man & Woman of the Year. The event will
be co-chaired by Derek Brock, Troy Rice and Dr. Morgan
Tannenbaum.
All proceeds
from the Man & Woman of the Year Grand Finale will benefit
LLS’s mission to cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin’s disease
and myeloma, and improve the quality of life of patients and
their families. While this event will raise funds for
lifesaving blood cancer research, it will also help support
our local patients and their families by providing
critically-needed financial aid. Ticket prices are $175. For
