The American Heart Association’s Annual Hamptons
Heart Ball Returns for its 22nd Year
Event to Take Place on Saturday, June 23, 2018
Long Island, NY – Summer is fast approaching and the
Hamptons are the place to be this event season. An
event that will once again stand out this summer is
the American Heart Association’s 22nd Annual
Hamptons Heart Ball. This incredibly anticipated
event will be taking place at the Southampton Arts
Center in Southampton, NY on Saturday, June 23,
2018.
This year, the Heart
Ball will honor Audrey
& Martin Gruss, of The
Audrey and Martin Gruss Foundation and Dr.
Apostolos K. Tassiopoulos, Department
Chair of Vascular Surgery at Stony Brook Director of
the Heart and Stroke Center at Southampton
Hospital. The
2018 Hamptons Heart Ball will be chaired by Jean
Shafiroff, Philanthropist
and Author and Chuck
Simonton, M.D., Chief
Medical Officer and Divisional Vice President,
Global Medical Affairs,
Abbott.
The Hamptons Heart Ball, is a fun and elegant event
focused on raising funds for the mission of the
American Heart Association. Friends and colleagues
from NYC, Long Island and the Hamptons enjoy the
beautiful setting of the Hamptons while eating
delicious heart healthy foods, drinking delightful
local wines and having fun with the music and
dancing. The
evening will feature live music by In The Groove,
cocktail hour, a seated dinner catered by Elegant
Affairs as well as a live & silent auction will also
highlight the night. This year’s “After Party” will
take place from 10pm to 12am.
The Ball will take place from 6:00 p.m. to 12:00am.
Tickets are $600. After party will begin at 10pm and
