HOUSTON PETSET PLANS FOR RECORD-SETTING
SOIRÉE IN 2023
Guests will join the festivities #ForTheAnimals
on September 8 with a return to the Post Oak Hotel.
(HOUSTON, TX)
–
Houston PetSet,
a local nonprofit organization working to end Houston’s
homeless animal crisis, will welcome several hundred of
their closest friends back to the Post Oak Hotel at Uptown
for the animal welfare fundraising event of the year. The
2023 Fierce & Fabulous Soirée will take place the evening of
September 8, 2023 with Co-Presidents Tena Lundquist Faust
and Tama Lundquist, and animal lovers Brisa Field and Sandra
Smith-Cooper serving as event co-chairs.
The evening’s honoree is the Leslie L.
Alexander Foundation, being recognized for their stalwart
support of the animal welfare community in Houston. Great
Day Houston’s Deborah Duncan will return as emcee, with
another stunning luxury timepiece from de Boulle Diamond and
Jewelry serving as the desirable raffle prize. The glamorous
fête promises to be filled with exclusive auction items such
as a one-of-a-kind diamond bracelet from iTouch Diamonds, an
inspiring program, and the elevated service and cuisine
guests have come to expect from the Post Oak hotel.
Last year’s event was a record-setting
affair, garnering over $1 million for Houston’s homeless
pets. This year the organization aims to exceed that mark,
with tickets, tables and corporate sponsorship available at
www.houstonpetset.org/soiree/
and selling fast. Proceeds from the Fierce & Fabulous Soirée
will fund Houston PetSet’s programs and services, along with
their granting program that supports upwards of 75
Houston-area animal welfare organizations annually.
