Junior League of the Palm Beaches to
Recognize Members
and Partner Organizations at Annual End-of-Season Dinner
(WEST PALM BEACH, FL) The Junior League of
the Palm Beaches (JLPB), a local women’s volunteer
organization with 81 years of service in Palm Beach County,
will formally celebrate the end of its 2022-2023
season with a celebratory cocktail party and dinner to be
held at Farmer’s Table at the North Palm Beach Country Club
on Thursday May 18th, 2023. During the “Evening of
Champions” themed dinner, awards will be given to members of
the Junior League for recognition of their dedication to
volunteer service with additional grants also being awarded
to a number of local non-profit organizations. Annually,
the Junior League of the Palm Beaches holds over 100
volunteer shifts internally and at partner organizations in
Palm Beach County each year, contributing upwards of 500
hours of local volunteer service.
The event is open to the public in addition
to the Junior League of the Palm Beaches members. Tickets
are now available for sale starting at $75 for cocktails and
$150 for dinner, which includes a silent auction and
raffle.

The following awards will be announced at the
event: President's Award, Leadership Award ,Committee of the
Year, Susan Schachtel Literacy and Education Champion of the
Year, Community Partner of the Year, and Mission Supporter
of the Year. The
Community Advisory Council Mini Grants of $2,500 and $3,000
will be awarded to local organizations: Best Buddies and
Junior Achievement.

The Junior League of the Palm Beaches is currently accepting
applications for new members for the 2023-2024 season which
will kick off in September of 2023. Women interested in
learning more about the Junior League of the Palm Beaches
and its service to the local community are encouraged to
