In addition to the Halloween parade, children can join the Court to learn some mind-blowing facts about snakes and even meet one up close. They can craft fanciful accessories in the Costume Shoppe together, race each other around the trike track, or build a rockin’ roadway in Ramps & Rollers.

Kidspace Children’s Museum is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit educational and cultural institution committed to serving the needs and interests of children and families. Kidspace hosts nearly 325,000 guests each year on a beautiful, 3.5-acre outdoor campus with more than 40 hands-on exhibits, a live animal collection, and a variety of creative play spaces and water features. Kidspace offers a wide array of free and discounted programs, field trips, and digital resources for schools to maximize access for children and educators.

ABOUT THE ROYAL COURT

Royal Court members experience countless benefits; becoming part of an organization dedicated to hands-on volunteerism, discovering opportunities to connect with and give back to the local community, developing public speaking skills, and growing self-confidence. All are encouraged to apply and participate in one of the initial interview sessions at Tournament House in early September. Participants are selected based upon a combination of qualities, including public speaking ability, youth leadership, academic achievement, and community and school involvement.
