Caron transforms lives impacted by addiction and substance
use through proven, comprehensive, and personalized
treatment. Caron believes that everyone deserves an
opportunity to access our world class care. Last year, with
the help of our generous donors, Caron provided 5.1 million
dollars in financial assistance, benefiting nearly 600
individuals and their families. This upcoming gala will
support access to treatment through our scholarship program
as well as programmatic support to significantly increase
recovery outcomes.

inspiration, and connect our Caron community. You’ll hear
stories of strength and courage, and enjoy an evening of
fellowship, dinner, entertainment, and an awards program to
celebrate recovery for life.
Honoring Sharon Hanson and Family with the
Richard J. Caron Award of Excellence.
The Hanson Family has stayed close to the Caron community in
both New England and Florida. Sharon’s generous support as a
Board of Trustee member, Regional Advisory Board member, and
active volunteer for the Renaissance Family Program,
demonstrates the same spirit of caring and compassion
exhibited by our founders, Dick and Catherine Caron.
Recognizing Dr. Naelys Luna with the Partner in Recovery
Award
As Founding Dean and Professor of the Florida Atlantic
University School of Social Work and Criminal Justice, Dr.
Luna has helped prepare the next generation of social
workers with the skills, experience and most importantly,
the compassion needed to care for individuals suffering from
mental health
and substance use disorders. |
