square-foot custom, contemporary home being constructed by
Town & Country East End
The highly acclaimed
Hampton Designer Showhouse will return to Southampton in
July 2025, featuring a beautiful, new contemporary style
home.
For the past 24
years, Hampton Designer Showhouse—presented by HC&G (Hamptons
Cottages & Gardens)—has showcased America’s premier design
talent, raising approximately $2M for Stony Brook
Southampton Hospital since its inception.
The Hampton Designer
Showhouse, with renowned designers Jamie Drake & Alexa
Hampton serving as the Honorary Design Chairs and Libby
Langdon & Mikel Welch joining this year as Showhouse

raised by the Showhouse each year help support the robust
network of services that Stony Brook Southampton provides to

an exceptional Showhouse this Summer that will inspire and
engage our community."
The 2025 Hampton
Designer Showhouse kicks off with a preview party on
Saturday, July 19 at 6:00 PM. Tickets are $275 per person.
The Showhouse will be open for public tours beginning
Sunday, July 20 through Sunday, August 31, Thursdays through
Sundays, from 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM each day (last admission is
30 minutes before closing). Children six and under, infants,
strollers and pets are not admitted in the Showhouse.
Admission to the Showhouse is $45 pe person and includes a
copy of the Showhouse Journal.
