Purpose:
The parallel event aims to establish global partnership for
the female
and gather global elites from the digital economy to make digitization
work for the female, so as to improve the
status of women in global political, economic and social
activities.
The CSW held conference annually
in the United Nations Headquarters, New York, attracting
thousands of NGOs representatives and hundreds of global
leaders
as well as UN entities to discuss key issues related to
women development.
In 2025, UN 69th session of the
Commission on the Status of Women (CSW69) is to be held at
the United Nations Headquarters in New York
from 10 to 21 March 2025.
Approved by the United
Nations, IDIO, will organize
the 2025 UN CSW69 Parallel Forum on
Empowering Women WithTechnology:
Crossing The Digital Divide
and
Award Ceremony for World Women of Distinction,
aims to establish an innovative bridge for experts,
entrepreneurs
and civil societies to the UN
and
international stage for outstanding representatives
from all walks of life to make their voices heard
to the world.
