Rebecca Seawright and Jean Shafiroff Host
Above and Beyond Awards
NYS Assembly Member Rebecca Seawright and
past honoree Jean Shafiroff hosted the Above and Beyond
Leadership Awards at the Southampton home of Martin and Jean
Shafiroff. The
event was chaired by Jean Shafiroff and co-Chaired
by Joan MacNaughton with presenter Victoria
Schneps-Yunis of Schneps Media.
The honorees included: Frederico Azevedo, Susan Taylor,
Fern Mallis, Patricia Silverstein, David Hochberg, Lucia
Hwong Gordon, Robert S. Budd, Mar Morosse, Phd. and Mitchell
Draizin.
In addition, Patrick McMullan received
a Citation from Rebecca Seawright for his outstanding work
and contributions to photography.
About Jean Shafiroff:
Jean Shafiroff is a philanthropist,
humanitarian, TV host, writer, and the author of the book "Successful
Philanthropy: How to Make a Life By What You Give". Jean
works extensively as a volunteer fundraiser and leader in
the philanthropic world. She serves on the boards of 8
charitable organizations and each year chairs upwards of
eight to 9 different charity galas. Among the many causes

a variety of charitable organizations for her work. Jean
Shafiroff is among the leading ladies of the philanthropy
world, both nationally and internationally. Jean Shafiroff
