Hundreds of costumed canines competed and strutted
their Halloween best in front of 12 celebrity judges
at Mansion on Monday night (October 27th)
for Animal Fair’s Halloween Pet Costume Party. The
night's big winner was an adopted Chihuahua named
Eli dressed as a vampire bat.
Jill Zarin
selected Cooper, a border collie/lab mix dressed
as a pumpkin, as the Most Sociable Dog. Other
guests included Geoffrey Bradfield, Dr. Babette
Gladstein, Beth Ostrosky, Piper Perabo, Courtney
Friel, Nicole Fiscella and
Bethenny
Frankel.
Wendy and Lucky Diamond hosted the
festive evening. Diamond always knows how to put on
a roaring good time of a party, when asked about the
evening she quipped, “Lucky is my treat and I am a
Pumpkin! We do not promote dressing dogs up
everyday but when you are celebrating and raising
money for animal rescue, then absolutely dress your
pup and enjoy having a good time!
