Over 80 NYC photographers participated in
the world-wide, 1-day Help-Portrait movement to
photographer people in need, but Evan Kafka made his
mark by photographing adoptable animals in need
|
|
Professional photographer's world-wide united for
one day only to donate their time, skills and space
to people and animals in need
through the
Help-Portrait movement
(http://www.help-portrait.com/) .
Evan Kafka,
an acclaimed NYC based photographer
(one of more than 80 photographers in NYC participating) who took part in
this movement,
donated his time, studio and skills to shoot photographs
of NYC shelter and rescues pets provided by the
Mayor's Alliance
for NYC's Animals.
Over
20 adoptable animals and 5 alliance participating
organizations (APO's) participated in this exciting,
one-day photo shoot. The images which will be provided
to the Mayor's Alliance
by Evan Kafka, will help showcase these adoptable NYC
animals in a better 'light' with professional portraits,
and will be used for the organizations' websites and
other marketing and promotional collateral.
