Larry Klayman's intimate, but star-studded birthday party was a hit this month at the W Hotel in Fort Lauderdale.  Among the stars appearing Freedom Watch founder's birthday bash was Cuban-born, Venezuela-raised Maria Conchita Alonso and her business partner Corina Cisneros, managing director of ARTEMUNDI Global Fund whose family owned the largest TV network in Venezuela.  Corina is starting a Latin shopping Network and was talking with Cosmetics guru Galina Todd who was also at the party about selling her Moy Sekret line of cosmetics on the Latino channel. 

Early in her career, Maria Conchita was crowned Miss Venezuela at the Miss World Beauty Pagent and went on to become one of the top models of her time.  She captivated Latin America, starring in
10 soap operas and four feature films, including featured roles with Robin Williams in "Moscow on the Hudson" and "Colors" starring Robert Duvall and Sean Penn.  Maria also has starring roles in
"Red Canvas" with John Savage and the film "Spread" with
Ashton Kutcher.

She is a Gold and Platinum singer/songwriter with 11 albums, a three-time Grammy winner and was chosen one of the 50 most "Beautiful People" in People En Espanol Magazine this past year.
