Children’s Hope India, a New York volunteer organization committed to helping children in need,
 held their annual gala, “An Evening in Rajasthan,” to celebrate the State of Rajasthan’s people, music, dance and cuisine.  Distinguished guest, Consul General of India, Ambassador Prabhu Dayal and Children’s Hope India honored residents of Saddle River, NJ, AJ and Poonam Khubani of TeleBrands, one of the world’s largest “As Seen on TV” products companies with the Lotus Award, the organization’s highest honor recognizing corporate philanthropy.  Special guest was Princess Padmaja Kumari Mewar from the Royal House of Mewar, Rajasthan, India and heiress of the HRH Group of Hotels.
