The
Maureen O'Hara Legacy Center is being established to
honor
the Hollywood Legend Maureen O'Hara. It will share
with her fans
and public the story of her life and legacy.
The Center will also be an educational venue for
filmography, cinematography, direction, and will
cover all aspects of the movie and theatre business.
It will incorporate other displays involving a
memory to fellow Irish men and women in the
industry.
There will be a cinema where workshops are held and
her movies will be made available to the public.
It will be built in the beautiful West Cork village
of Glengarriff where Ms. O'Hara has had a home for
over 40 years.
They are setting their opening date for Spring of
2011.
You are invited to visit this site and participate
in the excitement of this wonderful venture. In the
near future we will post sketches of the center, and
there will be monthly updates for you to enjoy.
