On Monday March 29, 2010
Summit Series (www.summitseries.com)
organized a Life Straw donation trip to
Port Au Prince, Haiti with Actress
Kristen Bell and Designer Bobby Chang of
Incase. Over 1,000 Life Straws and
$10,000 in Staples school supplies were
distributed by seven Summit Series team
members while working with MediShare and
The Global Syndicate in aid relief for
Haiti.
Summit Series has
developed the movement for young
entrepreneurs with purpose, building
events for the White House, Bill Clinton
Foundation, and Robin Foundation along
with large scale conferences in Playa
Del Carmen, Aspen, and Miami. Currently
planning the DC 10 conference (www.dc10.summitseries.com)
in Washington DC May 13 - 16, the Summit
Series team aims to inspire other busy
entreprenuers towards positive change
and a philanthropic lifestyle.

The Global Syndicate has implemented
“The Haiti Project” as a nationwide
aid-raising and awareness campaign to
support critical humanitarian efforts in
Haiti. Led by Jacques-Philippe Piverger,
this collaborative effort unites
multiple 501.3 charities to drive ground
support in Haiti. The effort will
provide lifesaving education,
healthcare, and economic development to
the people of Haiti.
MediShare (www.projectmedishare.org):
Project Medishare, a 501.3, in
partnership with the University of Miami
Global Institute for Community Health
and Development, established a
tent-based field hospital at the
Port-au-Prince Airport with medications,
medical supplies and reliable
communication systems.They have deployed
over 500 medical, administrative and
logistic professionals to staff the
hospital.

Edeyo is a 501.3 which has a partnership
with the Global Syndicate to donate
school supplies and rebuild schools in
Haiti. This organization is highly
centered around children and their
protection during the rebuilding
process.
