At a
recent
meeting
of The
Board of
Directors
of The
Lord's
Place,
members
of the
Palm
Beach
Flappers
presented
a check
for
$100,000
to the
agency.
The
funds
were
raised
at this
year's
Palm
Beach
Flappers
Gala
which
was held
in
memory
of its
founder,
Cathleen
McFarlane
Ross.
The
funds
will be
used by
The
Lord's
Place to
help the
homeless
overcome
the barriers that led to their homelessness.
The
Lord�s
Place is
a
non-sectarian,
non-profit
solution-driven
organization
dedicated
to
changing
the
lives of
the
homeless
by
providing
innovative,
compassionate
and
effective
services
to men,
women
and
children
in our
community. It
operates
four
campuses
throughout
Palm
Beach
County.
