evening
featured

cocktail
reception,
followed
by a
conversation
with The

Faith
and
Fashion’s
founder
and
creative
director
Tobi
Rubinstein
Schneier
and
Dexter
Phillip.
Afterwards,
Dexter
treated
guests
to a
private
preview
of his
luscious
spring
2010
cosmetics
collection.

spring
cosmetics
collection,
which
has been
thoughtfully
created
to
complement
the skin
of women
“from
Sweden
to the
Sudan,”
and
features
products
that are
not only
beautifully
pigmented,
but also
good for
your
skin. A
portion
of the
proceeds
from the
event
went to
The
Stonewall
Foundation,
and
organization
that
is
dedicated
to
creating
a
vibrant
and
healthy
lesbian,
gay,
bisexual
and
transgender
community
by
collecting
funds
and
distributing
endowments
and
grants.
Since
1990,
they
have
distributed
over $14
million
in
grants.
The
brainchild
of
founder
and
creative
director
Tobi
Rubinstein
Schneier,
The
House of
Faith
and
Fashion
will
host a
national
series
of
inspiring
conversations
about
the
balance
between
the
spiritual
and
material
worlds.
The
events
will
also
benefit
a
selection
of
philanthropic
organizations.
Tobi
has
enjoyed
an
illustrious
career
with
over 30
years
experience
in the
fashion
industry,
working
with
many
high
profile
companies
such as
Victoria’s
Secret,
Baby
Phat,
Kmart
and
Ecko.
Tobi
founded

House of
Faith
and
Fashion
to
combine
her
diverse
fashion
experience
with her
role as
an
active
partner
in the
works of
her
husband
Rabbi
Marc
Schneier,
who is
one of
the most
influential
Jewish
leaders
of this
century.
