Bret Michaels rocked
the stage for a great cause at the Eric Trump Celebrity Golf
Invitational on Tuesday, September 13th, raising
a total of $186,000 that evening for the St. Judes
Children's Hospital. The rock star, reality star, and
philanthropist drew a crowd of celebrities who each matched
his 25K donation to St. Judes, including Amanda Seryfried,
Joe DeVivo, Ivana Trump, and Barbara Verastro. Michaels also
auctioned off a signed guitar which raised an additional 15K
for the hospital.
The event raised a total of 900k for St. Judes-- and, in
addition to supporting an incredible cause, Michaels'
performance made the evening truly a night to remember.
"People were dancing on tables," said Eric Trump of
Michaels' high-energy show, "People were going crazy." |
