A party was recently held to celebrate philanthropist Jean
Shafiroff’s cover
story in The
Resident’s June
2013 issue. In it, Jean is
recognized for her generous philanthropic contributions. Jean’s
husband Martin and
her daughter Elizabeth
were in attendance at the party, which benefited Southampton
Animal Shelter. Jean is
a strong supporter of the
Southampton Animal Shelter and
is serving as an honorary chair of this summer’s benefit to
be held in Southampton, New York on July 20, 2013. On
August 3, 2013, Jean will
serve as the benefit chairperson of the Annual
Southampton Hospital Gala for
the third time.
