The Children's Environmental Literacy
Foundation hosted its annual gala
on the evening of May 21 at The Lighthouse at Chelsea Piers,
NYC.
The event celebrated CELF's groundbreaking
work in Education for Sustainability
with schools across the US and honored renowned conservationist
and natural resource policy analyst Sally Ranney and award-winning
journalist and author Andrew Revkin.
CNBC contributor Ron
Insana served as Master of Ceremonies.
Distinguished guest Mr. Ted Turner
was among the nearly 200 guests who enjoyed the spirited and revelatory
program. |
