On Friday night,
December 4, VH1 Save The Music threw its first-ever
SNOWCOMING winter gala, raising enough proceeds to fund an
entire instrument program at a local school (more
than $35K thus far - the final tally amount raised is still
running!). The sold-out event, hosted by Save The
Music's youth board (Young Benefactors), was headlined by
New York electro-R&B duo ASTR at
the iconic New York Public Library. |
ASTR rocked the
house by performing on the left grand staircase, their set
including top hits from their newly-dropped EP Homecoming and
debut EP Varsity such
as 'Bleeding Love,' 'Get So High,' and 'Operate.' |
Partygoers included a roster of
music's next generation of executives and influencers, as
well as hot millennial talent including R&B/soul artist Daley,
America's Next Top Model finalist Cory
Wade, actress Britt
Flatmo, reality star Cyrene
Tankard, actress
Farrah Krenek, and
more. |
